Terms and Conditions

We aim to despatch goods within a day. At Christmas this extends to one week. You will be sent an email confirming delivery details.

Product availability: we cannot always guarantee that the item you order is in stock. You will be notified in such instances and offered alternatives or a refund. 

If you wish to return your purchase to us you must do so within seven days of receipt. For a full refund, goods must be in original and saleable condition. You must notify us in writing within three days if you are not satisfied with your order. We suggest you request a Proof of Postage certificate (free) from the Post Office if you return your goods.  

 Made-to-order crackers CANNOT be exchanged or refunded.

  Any damage to deliveries on arrival must be noted on the carrier’s ‘Sign For’ delivery form, and notified to Froufrou and Thomas within 48 hours. Please contact us within 48 hours with any order discrepancies.

All goods remain the property of Froufrou & Thomas until payment is received in full. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer on delivery.

Trade Descriptions Act: We try to be as accurate as possible, but due to the handmade nature of our products, colours and finishings may vary to those illustrated. We reserve the right to alter prices when necessary.

 Froufrou and Thomas reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is up to you the customer to refer to them before purchase. 

Froufrou and Thomas are not responsible for the content of any links to or from our site. 

Any agreed Commercial Credit terms must be adhered to, and we may exercise our right under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 if we need to.  

Privacy Policy : we only use your details for processing your order or to assist with a query from you; you will only be sent our Newsletters if you subscribe to them.

Your details will never be passed to another party.
